Keep early enquiries proportionate

A first website enquiry should collect only the information needed to identify the right team and contact the parent. Detailed medical, address and consent information should be requested through the approved registration process after the next step is agreed.

Photography and communications

Parents should receive clear information about image permissions, club communications and how consent choices can be managed. Questions can be raised with the club before a child is registered.
